The Challenge Group involves one-on-one on-line coaching plus accountability and motivation. You will learn how to create portion-controlled meals that don’t leave you feeling deprived, follow an exercise program that suits your needs, and be able to work out where and when it works for your schedule for an entire year of video-streaming access. You will also receive a nourishing super-food Shake to boost your energy and fuel your progress, plus portion control containers that make meal planning simple. ALL THIS for .50c a day!
